5 THINGS YOU MIGHT WANT TO KNOW ABOUT ME…
Community, Connection, Integrity, Love and Vision are what I value the most in this life. Period.
I’m about freedom. There’s no such thing as one way liberation. This is true for you as an individual and in each area in your life. Your financial-freedom, time-freedom, location-freedom, your freedom from worries and habitually defaulting to a fearful or scarcity-based-POV frees up every other area in your life too.
I’m inclusive AF. I’m a black biracial woman from Texas. I’m a LGBTQIA ally. I’m an intersectional feminist and a LOUD advocate for individual freedom like a woman’s right to choose, vote and basically do whatever she wants (that doesn’t interfere or harm others). If racism, homophobia, transphobia and/or any religious choices leave you feeling morally superior to any other human, then my work will offend you. I have a firm no refunds policy. I’m spiritual AF. I believe that life is a creative act. I believe that business is also a creative act and also an Act of Love, a spiritual practice, a sacred offering to the whole world. I believe that a business, by definition, turns a profit. I want you to have FUNds (fun AND funds!) in business and in your life. I’ve spent a fortune to learn directly from Byron Katie, Martha Beck, Stacey Boehman, Eckhart Tolle, Susan Hyatt and Brooke Castillo —and I’m here to share what I’ve learned from them - and others - with you.
I’ve got street cred ahed of my Coaching Career. Below is the hella long winded LinkedIN friendly background vibe check for those of you who don’t automatically VIBE with my Woo Woo Ways (yet!). BEHOLD… the boring background details that confirm how and why I know my shit.
My degree is in Public Relations from The University of Texas Austin. I also took summer semester courses at the University of Hawaii at Manoa in 1999—which I share as proof that I’ve always been about getting shit done and having fun while I’m at it (I completed my science and English Lit requirements while there thankyouverymuch).
My career began at MTV News in NYC where I spent my first year working on the 2000 Choose or Lose presidential election coverage with Rock The Vote. From there, I went on to produce some of the MTV True Life documentary series episodes, Sex2k, Diary and then, after some soul searching (and an infamous episode with Tucker Max) I swore I was done with television production (spoiler alert!… I wasn’t…) and I moved to the MTV Networks Special Events team. There, I planned everything from Dave Chappelle’s 2nd Season launch party to the Spike TV launch party in the backyard of the Playboy Mansion in LA. I eventually returned to basic television production where I was the Brand Integration Producer for Stacy London’sTLC show and finally for The Tyra Banks Show. I earned a daytime Emmy award for the Tyra show. In between these television projects, I planned private events for clients including Martha Stewart, Housing Works, a plethora of friends, retired NBA players (fundraisers) and more.
In Nov. of 2019 I switched from Consultant to Coach… and have cash collected 3+ Million USD, so far.More importantly, my clients have created WILD wealth (internally and in official “money” too) and I’m keen to teach everyone who is eager to learn about how #LoveTrustMoney changes everything. Hint: More for you creates more for all.
Most recently I realized that when I center the trifecta of peace, pleasure and prosperity (all ways of BEing that are independent of actual challenges and/or circumstances)… I like my life and self and experiences better. FUN FACT: it creates even more of the same for others too.
HENCE I center my work around facilitating even more peace, pleasure and prosperity for myself AND OTHERS in the world. The ripple out effect is real. The “be the change you want to see in the world” thing is real. It’s not (yet) normal but… it’s worth it.
It turns out, all of my prior jobs, relationships and opportunities for growth were conspiring for me. Turns out, it all works out better than I could have imagined.
